Your Role
As a Commercial Administrator, you’ll be a key point of contact for the Project Commercial & Contracts team, providing high-quality administrative, coordination, and reporting support to ensure commercial activities run efficiently and accurately.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide end-to-end administrative support to the commercial team, including correspondence, registers, trackers, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date commercial records and ensure document control, version management, and accessibility in line with project requirements.
- Assist with contract administration and support preparation of materials for commercial reviews and executive reporting.
- Collate commercial data for weekly and monthly reporting and ensure alignment with Project Controls information.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and presentations, and manage calendars where required.
- Liaise with finance and project teams to gather information and support workflows.
- Manage incoming commercial correspondence and ensure timely action.
- Provide administrative support and back-up coverage for Contract Administrators.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience providing business or team administrative support, ideally within a project, commercial, construction, or infrastructure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- A proactive mindset with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgement.
- A high level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn organisational systems.
- Experience with document management systems or project software (desirable).
