Project Information Systems Administrator

Your Role
As a Project Information Systems Administrator, you’ll be a key point of contact for the Project Delivery team, providing proactive system support, document control assistance, and digital platform administration to ensure teams can efficiently access and manage project information.
You’ll:
- Provide day-to-day support across Project Information Systems, helping users access, navigate, and utilise tools effectively
- Support document management activities, including version control, data accuracy, and transmittal processes
- Administer SharePoint sites, permissions, and content structure, including audits and storage monitoring
- Build and maintain InEight Compliance forms and templates
- Deliver frontline triage for system queries and support tickets, escalating issues where required
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding for system users and develop user guides and training materials
- Contribute to continuous improvement by gathering feedback and supporting improved digital practices
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Engineering team as required

You’ll Need
- Experience working in large project or infrastructure environments
- Knowledge of information management and document control principles
- Strong troubleshooting skills across digital platforms and user access issues
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A high level of computer literacy, with experience in systems such as SharePoint and InEight viewed favourably
