Head Detailer

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marine Detailer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. This position is relevant in the detailing of high-end luxury yachts, boats and catamarans. Will require a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and clean products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools
• Keep work area clean and organised
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines
• Communicate with team members and management to ensure timely completion of projects
• Identify and report any issues or concerns to management
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the detailing industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
