The Role

This isn’t your standard summer hospo gig – it’s a chance to work with one of Victoria’s leading teams, surrounded by vineyards and good energy.

As part of our front-of-house and bar team, you’ll be at the heart of the action — welcoming guests, creating moments, and helping deliver a service that’s warm, intuitive, and effortlessly polished. You’ll run your own section, support the bar, and be part of a tight crew that genuinely loves what they do.

You’ll learn from some of the best in the business, deepen your knowledge of food and wine, and walk away with skills (and friendships) that’ll stick long after summer. The role also remains if you want it long after summer !

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in premium dining or a busy bar environment
  • Confidence with food and wine knowledge (and a curiosity to learn more)
  • Personality — that balance of calm, charm, and good energy under pressure
  • A genuine love of connecting with people and making their day
  • Team player energy — happy to jump in wherever you’re needed
  • Availability Thursday to Sunday and broader through the summer holiday period
