About the Opportunity
This role holds operational responsibility for the delivery of relevant Training Packages and MANAWISE Education’s Training and Assessment Strategies. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering an outstanding learning experience for
our students.
This is a dynamic and adventure filled opportunity where your ability and willingness to occasionally travel intrastate, interstate, and overseas (within the pacific region) to support
training delivery and organisational needs will see you grow professionally and expand your craft to a variety of geo audiences.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver training and conduct assessments in line with approved Training and Assessment Strategies
- Make sound and compliant assessment judgements aligned with the Outcome Standards 2025
- Maintain accurate assessment and learner documentation
- Participate in annual assessment validation activities
- Maintain and update training resources and materials
- Embed Duty of Care and WHS principles into all training activities
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example
- Attend inductions, professional development sessions, and company meetings
- Uphold MANAWISE Education’s policies on intellectual property, confidentiality, and compliance
- Work collaboratively with the management team and contribute to continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ industry experience in the relevant vocational field
- Vocational competency to at least the level being delivered
- Evidence of ongoing industry and professional development
- Strong understanding of ASQA and VET regulatory requirements
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) to develop learner and assessment resources
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a growing organisation
Essential Requirements
- Current Open Driver’s Licence
- Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card)
- National Police Check (within 12 months)
- Passport (international travel required)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or an equivalent qualification that meets trainer and assessor requirements)
