The Role:
This is a new position based in Burleigh Heads that we feel requires full-time hours, but we’re open to considering a part-time arrangement for the right person.
The Coordinator assists with the day-to-day running of ambassador communications, gifting logistics, content scheduling, community management, and reporting. They will also support organic social content execution in line with the content calendar. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is passionate about social media, influencer culture, and brand
community, who is eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
Ambassador & Influencer Administration
- Support the management and tracking of 100+ ambassador relationships as well as onboarding new influencers and ambassadors
- Support relationship building with local community partners and charities.
Organic Social Content Support
- Create basic Canva assets as well as schedule and publish organic social content across multiple platforms
- Support the filming and editing of TikTok and Instagram Reels, including in-house UGC content.
Campaign & Giveaway Support
- Coordination of social media giveaways, including influencer logistics
- Help create campaign briefs and collate ambassador content submissions for review
Reporting & General Support
- Compile weekly and monthly performance reporting across ambassador and social channels
- As well as support our Customer Service team during sale and leave periods
What We’re Looking For:
– Dabbled in Content Creation: Know a bit about how to create and edit content
– Creative Vision: You’re full of ideas and love experimenting with styles, trends, and formats
– Willing to Learn: Eager to build your skills and learn from those around you
– Adaptable & Hands-On: You’re ready to dive in and tackle whatever the team needs
