About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Lawyer to join our growing Wills & Estates team in Sydney. You will work directly with experienced Principal Mimi Su and be supported by a skilled and collaborative national team.
This role offers exposure to a broad and engaging practice, with the mix of work tailored to your background, interests and development goals. You’ll collaborate with high-net-worth individuals and business owners, assisting with the delivery of pragmatic, tailored advice that reflects each client’s unique personal and commercial circumstances.
Key responsibilities:
- Wills and estate planning including complex high net worth scenarios.
- Asset protection strategies across personal, business and family structures, including trusts and superannuation.
- Probate and estate administration matters.
- Estate disputes and litigation.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- At least 2 years post qualification experience in Wills and Estates law, with experience in one or more of estate planning, estate administration or estate disputes.
- A genuine interest in developing a broad Wills & Estates practice.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- A strong client‑focused mindset and a passion for achieving commercially sound
outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging directly with clients.
- The ability to work autonomously with appropriate support, as well as collaboratively.
