About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Front of House Reception to join our Sydney office on a full-time basis.
Client focus is at the forefront of this position. You will be responsible for greeting all clients and employees, answering all incoming calls, support with legal administration and the coordination of catering and other office requirements. Overall responsibilities will also include:
Operations
- Assist the Office Services Coordinator with coordinating contractor access and attendance within the facility.
- Working alongside Office Services Coordinator as required.
- Organise couriers as required.
- Manage postage services.
Room setup
- Ensure video conference meetings are set up correctly in advance of booked meetings.
- Oversee the setup of rooms for client meetings.
Catering and Events
- Receive and process catering requests for business groups and events as requested – including Morning Tea.
Administration
- Provide backup administration support to shared services and other legal groups.
- Provide back up support for office services back up as required.
About You
- Team player with the ability to work independently as well as under supervision.
- Experience in a front of house position within a professional services environment.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Driven to go above and beyond to ensure a high standard of service to both internal staff and external clients.
