About the Role
We are seeking an Applications Support Analyst to join our national IT team on a full-time basis. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver innovative solutions that enhance business systems and processes. By leveraging technology, you will aim to boost productivity and improve output reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the development, maintenance, and ongoing management of the firm’s core
Practice Management Systems, Elite3E, and NetDocuments.
- Investigate and resolve application functionality issues, providing support and
troubleshooting as needed.
- Resolve technical issues and identify necessary modifications to existing applications to meet evolving user requirements.
- Analyse data to identify integrity issues within existing and proposed systems and
implement effective solutions.
- Assist in the creation of system design and functional specifications for projects.
This role can be based in our Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane office.
About You
You are a motivated individual with a Bachelor of Computer Science or a similar tertiary
qualification. You have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills,
and your excellent communication abilities enable you to effectively convey
ideas without resorting to “tech speak.”
Having worked in a similar role within a professional services environment, you bring:
- 0–2 years’ experience in a similar role, or relevant exposure through study, internships, or transferable experience.
- Experience with Legal Practice Management Systems such as Elite3E and NetDocuments, or
similar.
- A solid understanding of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software
applications.
- A strong background in database design, and Microsoft Power Platform.
