  • Assist with system integrations and platform migrations, including tools such as Salesforce, AWS and other business systems
  • Provide timely technical support to staff across the business, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Help set up, configure and maintain devices, systems and network components
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues where needed
  • Prepare simple user guides and support staff with system use and basic training
  • Support IT security practices, including updates, checks and data protection processes
  • Assist with backup, recovery and business continuity processes
  • Contribute to IT projects, including planning, testing, coordination and documentation.

What you will bring:

  • Experience in an IT support or similar role (around 2+ years)
  • A relevant IT qualification (Certificate IV, Diploma), or equivalent experience
  • Practical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software and business applications
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and user access management
  • Exposure to CRM or business systems, with an interest in improving processes and user experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a logical, methodical approach
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
  • Good organisation skills, with the ability to manage tasks and competing priorities
  • A reliable, proactive and team-oriented mindset.
