About the role

Reporting to the Client Support Services Manager, the Client Liaison Coordinator (CLC) is integral in ensuring our valued clients, who live within their own homes in the community, receive exceptional and consistent customer service. Working closely with our Operational team and acting as the first point of contact for our clients, the CLC’s key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to client queries and requests;
  • Coordinating and providing information on services;
  • Liaising and engaging with our clients regularly to ensure they receiving the highest level of care and services;
  • Invoicing, purchase orders etc
  • Providing administrative support to Care Managers;
  • Contributing to ongoing development within the team to allow for efficient processes and innovative solutions.

We are currently looking to fill two (2) positions based at our Hawthorn office.

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday
  • Part Time position for Saturday & Sundays.

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Mandatory)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Completion Certificate (Mandatory)
  • Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)- (Mandatory)
