About the Role:
The End-User Applications Trainer will
deliver high-quality training sessions across a diverse set of Microsoft and
data-related platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching
and possess deep, practical knowledge across Microsoft 365 applications, data
analysis tools, automation platforms, and Microsoft project management tools.
We deliver engaging, instructor-led training to a range of students, from
beginners to advanced users, in a hybrid classroom and virtual environment. The
trainer will be delivering courses in the following areas, advanced knowledge
is not essential, however, must be willing to learn and facilitate more courses
over time.
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
Power BI Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
Power BI DAX
SQL Beginner & Intermediate
Power Platform
Power Apps Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
Power Automate Beginner & Intermediate
SharePoint
Beginner & Intermediate and Advanced
Project Management
Microsoft Project Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced

Desired Experience:
· Experience delivering training, facilitation, or education (corporate or adult learning)
· Hands-on experience using Microsoft workplace tools
· Strong communication and customer engagement skills
· Ability to translate business needs into practical learning outcomes
