Description

Senior Sales Administrator 

Be the engine room of the Development & Sales Team. Help scale a growing ASX-listed business. Bring structure to a fast-moving team. 

You will provide end-to-end workflow support across the sales and contract lifecycle—ensuring strong alignment between sales and operations, improving processes, and enhancing the customer journey. 

This is a highly collaborative role where you will act as the central coordination point for sales activities, systems, contracts, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. 

You bring: 

  • Proven experience supporting a sales function in a fast-paced environment Strong experience in CRM administration and systems management (e.g. Salesforce or similar)  
  • Strong understanding of commercial drivers and business performance, interpreting contracts and sales documentation  
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams)  
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including reporting for senior stakeholders  
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination and delivery  
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams 

Highly regarded: 

  • Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related field  
  • Experience in the energy or utilities sector 

 

What you will do: 

  • Provide end-to-end support across the sales and contract lifecycle, ensuring alignment between sales and operations  
  • Coordinate sales pipeline activities, including proposals, deal sheets, contracts, and renewals  
  • Own and optimise the CRM system (Pipedrive), ensuring data accuracy and team adoption  
  • Track pipeline performance, project timelines, and key milestones  
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support service delivery  
  • Prepare and manage sales reporting, board updates, and documentation Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience  
  • Support team coordination, including planning, meetings, and project tracking  
  • Assist with sales collateral, marketing content, and industry engagement activities
