About the role
This is a hands-on, on-the-ground marketing execution role responsible for content creation, social media, and day-to-day marketing delivery across the Silverwood’s Resort ecosystem.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Coordinator & Head of Sales & Marketing, this role ensures all campaigns, content, and communications are executed efficiently, consistently, and to a high standard.

About You
We’re looking for a candidate who brings the following:
Experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, social media, or content creation role
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business
Suite)
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging photo and video content (Reels, Stories, short-form video)
- Experience scheduling and publishing content across multiple platforms
- Exposure to EDM platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor) and basic campaign
deployment
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-task environments (hospitality, tourism, events or
property highly regarded
- Experience working with designers or briefing creative assets (desirable)
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
(desirable, not essential)
- Certifications in digital marketing, social media, or content creation tools (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel locally within the resort and
surrounding area
