Now, we’re searching for a Head Chef to take our culinary offering to the next level.

About the role

This is a hands-on, on-the-ground marketing execution role responsible for content creation, social media, and day-to-day marketing delivery across the Silverwood’s Resort ecosystem.

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Coordinator & Head of Sales & Marketing, this role ensures all campaigns, content, and communications are executed efficiently, consistently, and to a high standard.

This role is critical in bringing the brand to life through real-time content, local engagement, and operational support with a specific focus on

  • Content Creation & Social Media 
  • Digital & Campaign Execution
  • On-Ground Brand & Asset Management
  • Internal Communication & Coordination
  • Campaign Support & Execution
  • Reporting & Insights
  • Operational Support (Local Marketing Needs)

About You

We’re looking for a candidate who brings the following:

Experience

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, social media, or content creation role
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite)
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging photo and video content (Reels, Stories, short-form video)
  • Experience scheduling and publishing content across multiple platforms
  • Exposure to EDM platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor) and basic campaign deployment
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-task environments (hospitality, tourism, events or property highly regarded
  • Experience working with designers or briefing creative assets (desirable)

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (desirable, not essential)
  • Certifications in digital marketing, social media, or content creation tools (advantageous)
  • Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel locally within the resort and surrounding area
