The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and driven Solicitor with 1 – 4 years post-admission experience to join our Commercial Litigation and Insolvency team in our Sydney CBD office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-level litigation, insolvency, and cross-border commercial disputes, gaining hands-on experience and learning directly from an experienced Partner and a dynamic professional team.
What We’re Looking For
• 1 – 4 years post-admission experience in commercial dispute resolution, litigation, and insolvency
• Excellent technical, analytical, communication, and research skills
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration, with a passion for learning and growth
• Ability to manage files both independently and collaboratively
• Interest in business development, marketing initiatives, and legal events
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Fluency in Chinese or another language is advantageous
