Administrative Assistant – Personal Injury & Medical Negligence Practice
Longton Compensation Lawyers is seeking a capable and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our busy personal injury team, with a strong focus on medical negligence. The role will be based initially in Chatswood, relocating to the Sydney CBD in early 2026. Experience in litigation is preferred but not essential.
You will support senior solicitors across a diverse litigation practice, including:
- Scheduling medical examinations and liaising with experts
- Preparing letters of instruction and compiling supporting materials
- Assisting with chronologies and file organisation
- Preparing briefs to counsel
- Drafting and filing court documents
- General administrative and practice-support tasks
The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-volume legal environment. A sense of humour is always appreciated.
