What You’ll Do
Localsearch helps small and medium businesses grow through performance-led digital marketing across Paid Media, SEO, websites and beyond. Everything we do is built around measurable outcomes.
We’re looking for a Digital Strategist to join our driven, collaborative team.
This role is for a genuine Google Ads specialist with strong Paid Media capability. Someone who knows performance isn’t guesswork. It’s smart structure, disciplined testing, commercial thinking, and consistent optimisation.
You’ll own a portfolio of clients and be accountable for one thing: driving measurable growth across Google Ads while contributing to broader Paid Media strategy, including Meta.
You won’t just manage campaigns. You’ll improve them every month.
What We’re Looking For;
This role suits an experienced, hands-on Google Ads strategist who understands how to turn ad spend into business growth. If you get energy from spotting inefficiencies, scaling what works, solving performance problems, and being surrounded by other ambitious operators, you’ll thrive here!
You’ll bring:
- 2+ years of direct Google Ads management experience
- Strong capability across Search and Performance Max
- Practical understanding of Meta Ads and how it integrates into a Paid Media mix
- Deep knowledge of bidding strategies including Max Conversions, tCPA and tROAS
- Proven ability to reduce CPA while scaling budgets sustainably
- Strong experience with conversion tracking, attribution models and data accuracy
- Confidence analysing CTR, CVR, impression share, Quality Score and search term insights
- Experience managing meaningful monthly budgets across multiple accounts
- A commercial mindset. You think in revenue, cost efficiency and outcomes
