What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and ongoing support
- Partner with clients to optimise their digital marketing products and maximise campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver positive customer outcomes
- Investigate and resolve client questions and technical issues using available systems and resources
- Provide clear, timely, and solution-focused support
- Handle objections and challenging conversations with professionalism and confidence
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and strengthen client retention
