Position Overview:

We are excited to announce the expansion of our Commercial Property Management Division and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our dynamic team. Our portfolio includes a diverse mix of industrial, retail, and office properties primarily situated across the Southern Gold Coast. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lease Management: Ensure all lease agreements are managed effectively to guarantee compliance with legal and organisational standards.
  • Market Assessments: Conduct market rent reviews and lease renewals, collaborating closely with our Sales & Leasing team to maximize property performance.
  • Arrears Management: Implement effective strategies for managing arrears, ensuring timely communication with tenants and resolution of outstanding payments.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed condition reports, identifying any maintenance or compliance issues.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all statutory requirements are met and that properties are in full compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with owners and tenants, providing exceptional communication and service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile:

    Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in property management, preferably in commercial property management role. Residential experience will also be considered.

    Qualifications: Must hold a QLD Registration Certificate; having a NSW registration is a plus.

    Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel) and property management software, ideally Re-Leased.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrated initiative and a proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
