Little Sparrows Therapy is a multidisciplinary therapy clinic, located in the beautiful tropical city of Cairns, Queensland. We are a tight-knit team of Speech Pathologists & Occupational therapists and we are looking for another amazing Occupational Therapist to join our team!
Our team thrives on professional development and in-house training, where we host regular workshops and fun team development activities – not just to broaden our skills but to also have fun while doing it!
This is a unique opportunity for those who wish to relocate to Cairns, as relocation costs can be reimbursed and annual visits to interstate families are supported for the right candidate.
The position will provide the right applicant with:
A Diverse Caseload – adults & paediatrics – with a range of different cases allows the applicant to broaden their skillset

A wide range of assessments and an oversized toy/resource library for therapy
Your own iPad for use in therapy, in addition to your own computer & Resource Budget to purchase new resources for the clinic

Weekly Supervision & Mentoring from a Senior Occupational Therapist

An dedicated admin team to handle your bookings and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on helping your clients
A relocation bonus is available for the right applicant who may need to relocate more than 500km's for the position (T&C's apply)
Our ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
Membership with APRHA
An open driver’s license & access to a car
A current Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain this)
A passion for making a difference
Great communication skills
Great organisation & time management skills
The ability to work independently as well as in a team
