Support Worker

We’re seeking a Support Workers to join Lifeful in the St Kilda area where you will support Participants with community access, medication and household assistance.

Shifts Available:

• 2:00pm–5:00pm Monday and Friday
• Extra shifts available with other participants.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-level personal care and mobility support.
• Assist with daily living — meals, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Offer companionship, community access, and transport.
• Monitor medication and complete accurate progress notes.
• Provide Community Access and accompany to appointments.

What You’ll Bring

• Cert III or above in Disability or a similar qualification.
• All required NDIS Checks and clearances.
• A Positive attitude and great work ethic.
