At LifeFul, we listen, challenge and support people with disabilities to live the best life they are capable of. We are expanding our Allied Health team and are looking for a value-driven Occupational Therapist who delivers evidence-based, person-centered therapy and high-quality NDIS outcomes.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist at LifeFul, you will work autonomously across home, community, clinic and telehealth settings, supporting participants to build independence, safety and confidence in everyday life.

You will deliver comprehensive assessments, tailored interventions and clear, outcomes-focused NDIS reporting while collaborating closely with participants, families and our multidisciplinary team.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Deliver Functional, ADL, Sensory and Environmental Assessments.
  • Complete high-quality NDIS reports including FCA, AT, Home Mods and progress reports.
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based, goal-aligned therapy interventions.
  • Support daily living skills, emotional regulation, motor skills, and community participation.
  • Recommend, trial and justify Assistive Technology and environmental modifications.
  • Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, support workers, and clinicians.
  • Maintain timely, compliant documentation and meet agreed billable targets.
  • Contribute to innovation, quality improvement and best practice across the therapy team.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience working with people with disabilities (NDIS experience highly regarded).
  • Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and NDIS reporting.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload autonomously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.

Highly Regarded:

  • Experience with Assistive Technology and/or Home Modifications.
  • Experience across physical, psychosocial, developmental, or neurological disability.
  • Confidence delivering therapy via telehealth.
  • Strengths-based, trauma-informed and culturally safe practice.
