About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on clinical leader who’s passionate about both practice and people. As Manager – Therapies, you’ll lead and support a multidisciplinary team while keeping your own small caseload. This role suits an experienced Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Speech Pathologist, or Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner who enjoys guiding others, driving quality outcomes, and shaping a positive, collaborative culture.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to your own caseload.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and daily support to your team.
- Lead clinical quality, compliance, and service improvement.
- Work closely with other teams to strengthen systems and outcomes.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff capability development.
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, and partners.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Allied Health (OT, Psychology, Speech Pathology, PBS).
- Leadership and clinical experience in the NDIS or similar sector.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and participant-focused mindset.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and driver’s licence.
