Employment Type: Full Time (37.5 Hours)
Days: This role requires flexibility to work across a 7-day roster when needed. In return, we offer flexibility to support your work–life balance. Applicable on-call and other allowances apply.
Location: Based predominantly in MELTON VIC with office and on-site attendance required as directed with the availability to travel Nationally as required.

What YOU will DO!

Lead & Inspire: Coach and mentor Daily Living teams to deliver consistent, person-centered support aligned with NDIS goals.

Drive Excellence: Embed accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across service delivery.

Partner & Grow: Work with Finance, Talent, and Allied Health to ensure quality, compliance, and sustainable growth.

Champion Care: Oversee NDIS plans, behaviour support, and complex care implementation.

Engage & Represent: Build trusted relationships with clients, families, SDA providers, and community partners.

Optimise Operations: Oversee rostering, documentation, and compliance to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality services.

Innovate: Stay ahead of NDIS trends, identify new service opportunities, and help expand LifeFul’s reach.
Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant Qualifications: Certificate IV or higher in Disability, Community Services, or Leadership/Management, or equivalent experience in a disability support setting.

Proven Leadership: 2+ Experience leading and developing teams, with a strong track record of mentoring, coaching, and fostering a positive, values-driven culture.

Person-Centered Expertise: 5+ years Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, person-centered support, including experience with NDIS plans and complex care needs.

Collaborative & Strategic: Experience working with leadership teams and stakeholders, including Finance, HR, and external partners to drive operational excellence and service growth.

All Relevant and Mandatory Checks (NDIS Workers Screening Check, Working with Children Check, all required NDIS Commision Training Modules, First Aid and CPR and any other required certifications).
