Farsi Speaking Support Worker – Regular ongoing shifts!

We’re seeking Farsi and English-speaking Male Support Workers to assist a bright, friendly male NDIS Participant living with Cerebral Palsy who requires 24/7 care in Deanside!

Shifts Available:

• Shifts vary but there is currently a high need for Inactive Sleepover availability.
• Shifts otherwise can include 6:30am–2:00pm | 9:00am–5:00pm | 5:30pm–6:30am (inactive sleepover 10pm–6am).
• Extra shifts available with other participants.

What You’ll Do:

You will be working with a vibrant NDIS Participant who is seeking some additional support workers to join his team in Deanside VIC.

• Provide high-level personal care and mobility support.
• Assist with daily living — meals, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Offer companionship, community access, and transport.
• Monitor medication and complete accurate progress notes.
• Provide Community Access and accompany to appointments.

What You’ll Bring

• Fluent in Farsi and English
• Cert III or above in Disability or a similar qualification.
• All required NDIS Checks and clearances.
• A Positive attitude and great work ethic.
