We are seeking a highly organised and people-focused Client Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships, and coordinating services that support them to live well and achieve their goals. You don’t need a background in aged care- if you’re great with people, solutions-focused, and enjoy managing moving parts, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

· Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

· Build strong, trusted relationships and understand each client’s individual needs and goals.

· Coordinate services and supports to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience.

· Work closely with internal teams to deliver the right services at the right time.

· Monitor client progress and adjust services as needs evolve.

· Manage client budgets and ensure services are delivered within agreed parameters.

· Communicate regularly with clients, families, and stakeholders.

· Resolve issues proactively and ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Qualifications:

· Experience in account management, client services, coordination, or a similar role (any industry)

· National Police Clearance

· Current Driver’s Licence

· Right to work in Australia
