  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant with a minimum of 2 years in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking and customer service, ensuring clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing office tasks, and coordinating with suppliers and partners.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
  • Reach out to customers to follow up on inquiries and provide support throughout their journey.
  • Communicate with clients before, during, and after their trip to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Booking and Documentation:
  • Consult, collect, and prepare necessary documents for visa and passport applications.
  • Make tour confirmations upon receiving bookings.
  • Ensure all information and documentation are accurate within the system.
  • Office Management:
  • Handle all office management tasks on CRM.
  • Manage emails, Livechat, phone calls, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office.
  • Supplier Coordination:
  • Deal and contract with suppliers such as restaurants, hotels, and transportation companies.
  • Coordinate with the Vietnam office or our DMCs to respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Industry Knowledge:
  • Stay current on industry news and trends to provide the best advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and service-minded.
  • Excellent work ethics and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in office computer skills.
  • Excellent communicator, listener, and problem solver.
  • Flexible hours, 38-40 hours per week depending on candidate’s preference.
  • Ability to check email and be available to work outside office hours if required.
