Business Development Manager – Leisure Market (Group & Inbound Tour)

Location: Perth, WA

Rate: 80,000 – 140,000

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our Leisure Market strategy, with a particular focus on Group and Inbound Tours. This role requires a deep understanding of the Perth market, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record in service apartment leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

Local Area Engagement: Identify and target key accounts within the local community. Actively participate in local business associations and community events to promote our brand and establish strong networks.

Strategic Sales Planning: Contribute to the development of our Business Plan by conducting market analysis, competitor reviews, and sales strategy development. Align our property offerings with market demands.

Client Relations & Sales: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts. Develop and implement effective sales call strategies, ensuring a personalized approach that meets client needs.

Marketing & Promotion: Develop innovative marketing strategies and promotional activities that enhance our brand visibility. Collaborate with corporate teams to implement these strategies effectively.

Reporting & Analysis: Regularly review sales activities, analyze market trends, and provide insights to optimize our sales performance.

Qualifications:

· Educational qualification in Real Estate with a sound understanding of hospitality/service apartment

leasing in the Perth market.

· 5 years + service apartment Leasing experience in a similar role. Significant level of willingness, drive

and initiative in increasing revenue working with clients

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Ability to build rapport quickly

· Prior knowledge of Leasing management principles

· Proven track record of successfully meeting leasing quota

· Excellent organizational, time management and administration skills

· High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Good computer skills in Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word)
