Description

Skills:

– Strong knowledge of welding, brazing, and soldering techniques

– Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

– Familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools

– Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

– Ability to work independently or as part of a team

– Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

– Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and assembly of boilers, tanks, and other vessels

– Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using a variety of tools including hand tools, welding equipment, cutting torches etc.

-Fabricate metal parts by using various processes such as welding,brazing,and soldering.

-Install new boiler components like valves,fittings etc. for complete assembly.

-Maintain existing boilers,tanks,vessels when required.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Completion of formal apprenticeship program or relevant experience in the field

-Good understanding in safety procedures

-Familiarity with different types of metals used for construction.
