1. Installation and Maintenance:

– Install and maintain diverse air conditioning systems.

– Conduct routine maintenance for system longevity.

– Diagnose and troubleshoot issues promptly.

2. Repair and Servicing:

– Perform repairs on malfunctioning units.

– Service existing systems for optimal performance.

– Provide timely solutions to client

3. Customer Interaction:

– Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their needs.

– Educate clients on system usage and maintenance.

– Respond professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.

4. Documentation:

– Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance.

– Complete service reports, documenting parts used for invoicing.

5. Qualifications:

– Proven experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance. – Relevant trade qualification or certification.

– Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

– Strong problem-solving abilities.
