Finance Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the entire group. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies for the group
• Manage the financial reporting process, including the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process for the group
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
• Manage the group’s cash flow and working capital
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• CPA or CFA certification preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and develop a team
