About the Opportunity:
As our work continues to grow, we’re looking for experienced Project Engineers and Project Managers with a strong background in water infrastructure to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil and water infrastructure works.
- Develop and maintain sound and cooperative working relationships with clients including timely follow up of requests for quotations, variations and project progress updates ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the construction team, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
- Monitor cost, progress, schedule and quality, ensuring compliance with project and contractual requirements.
- Ensure that the project is executed in accordance with the contract specification, Australian Standards and industry guidelines and practices.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, budget, reports, schedules, and QA records.
- Promote strong safety, environmental, and quality performance on site – ensuring compliance with all safety management procedures and safe work practices as per the project plan.
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three years’ experience working within civil water infrastructure projects.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong commitment to quality, environment and safety.
- High level attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office, Auto CAD experience.
Current drivers licence and White Card.
