This is a full-time position based at our Peakhurst office location.
What you’ll do:
- Drive workforce utilisation and eliminate downtime
- Proactively manage cancellations, waitlists and capacity gaps
- Solve complex scheduling challenges (fast)
- Turn data into action and insight
- Partner closely with leaders to stay ahead of demand

What you bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in workforce scheduling, rostering or service operations (ideally in complex environments)
- Proven ability to optimise utilisation and turn insights into practical action
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy across schedules and data
- Analytical, solutions-focused thinker who can solve problems on the fly
- Confident using scheduling systems/CRMs (e.g. Salesforce)
- Self-driven, adaptable and able to prioritise in fast-moving environments
- Skilled at spotting patterns, risks and opportunities early
