About the role As our Senior Customer Support Consultant, you’ll lead our call centre intake function, ensuring every family receives a timely, high-quality and compassionate experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance managing enquiries with coaching and developing a high-performing team.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading day-to-day call centre performance and responsiveness
• Driving strong enquiry-to-booking conversion rates
• Coaching and developing Customer Support team members
• Ensuring a consistent, empathetic customer experience
• Maintaining accurate CRM data and operational discipline

About you:

• 3–5 years experience in customer service, call centre or intake roles
• Proven ability to meet targets and drive performance
• Experience leading or coaching team members
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A passion for making a difference in children’s lives
