Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for passionate and motivated Psychology Aides to support the delivery of our evidence-based Reading for Life and Counting for Life programs in primary schools.

This role is ideal for psychology students commencing or completing their 4th year who want hands-on experience working directly with children and alongside experienced psychologists. This is a unique opportunity as you do not require provisional registration to be suitable for this role.

  • Want practical experience in educational and developmental psychology

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver our Reading for Life and Counting for Life programs in schools across Southwest Sydney
  • Support children in building literacy, numeracy and self-esteem skills
  • Assist psychologists and provisional psychologists with evidence-based group programs
  • Conduct and score literacy and numeracy assessments
  • Maintain accurate records and communication with schools and families
