We’re looking for a highly reliable, detail-driven Psychology Administration Officer who thrives on coordination, accuracy, and follow-through.

This is not a passive admin role. It is a hands-on, high-accountability position that keeps Psychology and school-based services running smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.

Purpose of the Role

To provide accurate, responsive, and compliant administrative support across Psychology and school-based services — reducing coordination burden, strengthening systems, and enabling exceptional service delivery.

You will support Psychology leaders, clinicians, and the Schools Partnership Manager.

You will not manage school relationships — you will enable them to succeed.

What You’ll Be Accountable For

  • Deliver accurate, timely administrative support with strong follow-through, maintaining precise client and school records.
  • Ensure complete, accurate, and compliant service documentation and data across CRM and reporting systems, supporting NDIS, Medicare, and funding requirements
  • Provide responsive, professional administrative support that reduces non-core workload for clinicians and partnership leaders while ensuring smooth coordination across multiple service streams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM, scheduling, and reporting data while ensuring required digital and physical resources are available and proactively monitoring utilisation to escalate risks early.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, escalating issues early and ensuring all actions are followed through.

What You Bring

Essential

  • Relevant administration qualification and/or 2+ years’ experience in a coordination or service support role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage documentation and reporting accurately under deadlines
  • Confidence using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and sound judgement

Highly Regarded

  • Experience in allied health, education, or school-based services
