Description

About Learning Links

At Learning Links, we’ve spent over 50 years helping children learn, develop and thrive. Now we’re building confidence with care — not just for the children we support, but for our incredible people too.

We’re looking for a People and Culture Business Partner to join our close-knit People and Culture team. This is a true generalist role where you’ll be trusted to contribute, partner, and make a visible impact.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with leaders to deliver practical, people-first advice
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for purpose-driven roles using the WHO Method, including sourcing, headhunting, selection and onboarding
  • Build strong talent pipelines and attract purpose-driven people aligned to our values
  • Support performance, wellbeing, engagement and compliance matters
  • Play a key role in embedding Employment Hero and improving systems
  • Contribute to people initiatives and projects across workforce, learning and development and retention initiatives

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in HR generalist, advisory or partnering roles
  • Strong capability and genuine enjoyment of talent acquisition
  • Strong Knowledge of Australian employment and WHS legislation
  • Experience with Employment Hero or a similar HRIS (highly regarded)
  • An approachable style and the confidence to build trusted relationships with leaders at different levels
  • A balance of compassion, curiosity and commercial thinking

Why you’ll love it here

  • A hands-on generalist role with real variety and autonomy
  • A values-led, supportive culture where people genuinely enjoy working together
  • Flexible hybrid working options
  • Salary packaging up to $18,549
  • Purpose, growth and meaningful connection every day

Join us and help build confidence with care — in our people, our leaders, and the children we support.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as well as creating a sense of belonging is important to us and you will have a structured and detailed onboarding program to give you a great start in understanding the culture.

Child safety is top priority for us, and we are a child safe organisation. You will be asked to undergo a NDIS Worker Screening Check/ Police check and Working with Children Check.
