Description

At Learning Links, we’ve been helping children overcome learning challenges for more than 50 years. Our multidisciplinary team, including psychology, speech therapy, and education specialists supports kids and families to thrive, learn, and realise their potential. Many of our families access supports through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), and our Customer Support team plays a pivotal role in guiding them through service bookings, agreements, compliance requirements, and ongoing support.

Our Customer Support Consultants are at the heart of this mission. As the first point of contact for families, you’ll create a warm, supportive, and seamless experience whether you’re greeting someone at the front desk, responding to an email, or helping a parent book their child’s next session.

If you love helping people, enjoy problem solving, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where every interaction makes a difference, we’d love to meet you.

As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for NDIS and non‑NDIS clients, ensuring every parent, carer, and professional receives a seamless, supportive and accurate experience.
