Located in Melbourne’s South-East on a 23 acre site, the facilities include 4 separate karting tracks, an EPIC new 18 Hole Mini Golf Course, Arcade, Beer Garden, SHINY NEW Sports Bar, Laser Tag, and the world’s best free roam virtual reality “Zero Latency”.About the roleWe sell fun and excitement and have an exciting opportunity to join our proud customer centric team!We are seeking a detail – orientated and reliable Accounts Payable specialist to support our finance operations on a part time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently. With approximately 10 hours per week and as our workload grows, there may be opportunities to expand hours over time.The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to:• Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner• Maintaining supplier records and managing correspondence• Assisting with some month end activities• Responding to internal and external AP related queries• Supporting general finance and administration as neededKey Ingredients• Has proven experience in an Accounts Payable or book keeping role• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Sense of urgency and ability to work in a faced paced environment• A team player and able to work closely with others• You take ownership and work on continuous improvement• Is proficient with accounting software MYOB advanced knowledge would be an advantage (eg Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks )• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Communicates clearly and professionally• Can work independently and manage deadlines effectivelyAt Le Mans Entertainment, our main responsibility is to ensure we deliver:• Safety• Warm Welcome• Anticipatory service• Zero Defect Product• Fond FarewellBenefits and perks• Advancement and Growth Opportunities• Staff incentives throughout the organization• Part time hours in office approx. 10 hours to start• Supportive team environmenthttps://youtu.be/haF5UmL5els
