We’re on the lookout for a motivated Senior Farm Hand to join our team in the beautiful Esperance region, near Munglinup WA. You’ll be working closely with the Operations Manager to keep the wheels turning—literally—on a large-scale cropping aggregation. Think modern gear, high-end tech, and a team that values smart, safe, and efficient work.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in broadacre grain cropping
  • Confidence with the operation and maintenance of machinery and chemical handling
  • Strong attention to detail (especially with machinery maintenance, record keeping and WHS)
  • Excellent communication skills – with team, managers, and suppliers
  • Leadership skills and a practical, process-driven approach
  • Previous boom spray operation is highly desirable.
