We are excited to invite applications for the permanent position of Senior Farm Hand at our Jemalong aggregation, located in the Central NSW region.
Assist the Farm Manager and Operations Manager with the daily operations of a large-scale irrigation, broad acre cropping and Livestock aggregation.

You will have:
- 2 years’ experience in broad acre grain cropping production
- Confidence with the operation and maintenance of machinery and chemical handling
- Experience in irrigation crop production including the operation of all associated plant & machinery including in particular: irrigation pumps, overhead and flood irrigation systems, Boom sprays, Harvesters & RTK GPS technology
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees, suppliers, peers and managers.
- Problem-solving skills with a strong work ethic and ability to follow process.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of farming operations, including record keeping.
- A modern and diligent approach to WHS with a passion for broad acre farming.
