About you:

Located in Melbourne or Brisbane, you’re an experienced Conveyancer or Paralegal with exceptional customer service skills, ability to build rapport across a variety of stakeholders, and meticulous attention to detail.

Essential skills/attributes:

• Conveyancing experience in one or more Australian jurisdictions

About the role:

As part of the team who are the first point of contact in our busy office the role involves receiving a medium volume of in-bound calls, returning calls, quoting, setting up new files, file allocation, triaging calls and emails, relationship management and more.
