Salary and perks: $28p/h – $30p/h + Super + Overtime Rates + RDO’s

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough with ride-on and walk-behind mowers.
  • Set up the course daily, including hole changing and tee marker placement.
  • Maintain bunkers by raking, edging, and topping up sand.
  • Operate irrigation systems and hand-water dry spots as needed.
  • Apply fertilisers and soil treatments under supervision.
  • Assist with pest and weed control programs.
  • Edge paths, gardens, and playing surfaces for neat presentation.
  • Carry out basic turf renovation (aerating, scarifying, topdressing).
  • Use small machinery and tools safely, including blowers and brush cutters.
  • Maintain equipment by cleaning and performing basic checks.
  • Follow WHS and environmental guidelines while working outdoors.
