We are currently seeking a highly experienced Personal Assistant to deliver professional, high-quality support to the Managing Director.

About the Role

As the Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level, personalised support to our Managing Director, and at time the broader executive team.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring their day-to-day activities run smoothly, from managing busy schedules and complex travel arrangements to handling confidential matters and supporting key organisational projects.

This is a dynamic and hands-on role suited to someone with exceptional organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a positive, professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic and international)
  • Coordinate executive and personal administration tasks, including household bills, licences, and occasional private matters
  • Support legal documentation, divisional reporting, and project coordination
  • Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
  • Screen and manage calls, emails, correspondence, and confidential information
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, book venues, arrange catering, take minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Assist with organisational development initiatives using a project management approach

About You

  • 6+ years’ experience in a similar role with long tenure
  • Highly professional, well-presented, and resilient under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal) with a proactive, positive attitude
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle competing priorities with discretion
