About Us:

We are Australia’s largest privately owned housing maintenance company, delivering high-quality maintenance, construction, and asset management services across a diverse portfolio of government and commercial contracts nationwide.

We have been awarded Tier 1 Head Contractors status with Homes Tasmania, and we are currently seeking qualified subcontracting trades and handy persons to join our team for responsive call-outs (including after-hours) and planned maintenance works throughout Devonport and surrounding regions.

Important Information:

This is a subcontracting opportunity ONLY and not a full-time employment position.

About the Work:

You will be engaged to deliver responsive and planned maintenance works across government-owned residential and commercial properties, this includes:

Day-to-day maintenance and repair works
Responsive and urgent call-outs
Planned maintenance and minor project works
Working in line with strict service delivery timeframes and KPIs

General cleaning
Garden maintenance
Gutter cleaning

Trade qualified and experienced in their respective field
Reliable, professional and customer-focused
Able to work autonomously while meeting service level requirements
Committed to safety, compliance, and quality workmanship
Interested in building long-term working relationships

Requirements:

White Card (Construction Induction)
Valid driver’s licence
Ability to meet compliance and onboarding requirements
