Expression of Interest – Subcontractor Opportunities

We are Australia’s largest privately owned housing maintenance company, delivering exceptional building maintenance services nationwide through multiple construction, maintenance and aged care contracts.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced subcontractors and trade professionals to support the delivery of building maintenance services for Hospital and Health care facilities across Western Sydney, Blue Mountains and Lithgow regions.

Please note, this is a subcontracting opportunity, NOT a full-time permanent position within the company. You must have your own ABN and hold all relevant insurances to be considered.

Available Trade Opportunities for:

• Electricians

• Carpenters

• Plumbers

• Painters

• Tiling

• Flooring

• Handyman / General Maintenance

• Lawns and Grounds

About the Work:

You will be engaged to deliver responsive and planned maintenance works across various medical and health facilities. This includes:

Day-to-day maintenance and repair works
Responsive and emergency call-outs
Planned maintenance and minor project works
Working in line with strict service delivery timeframes and KPIs

What We’re Looking For:

Trade qualified and experienced in their respective field
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
Able to work autonomously while meeting service level requirements
Committed to safety, compliance, and quality workmanship
Interested in building long-term working relationships

To be considered you must have:

• Your own ABN

• Relevant trade licences/certificates (if required)

• Public liability insurance (and other applicable insurances)

• White Card (Construction Induction)

• Current Drivers Licence

• Must have own vehicle and tools of trade
