Description

Life at KWP+Partners is anything but predictable. We’re a creative and digital agency driven by curiosity, momentum and bold thinking, where “Boring Never Changed Anything” isn’t just a mantra, it’s how we show up for our clients and each other.

As a Digital Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning ideas into action. Working closely with our Digital Accounts Director and collaborating across discovery, design and development teams, you’ll own projects end‑to‑end, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

You’ll be the backbone of delivery: setting projects up for success, managing scope and risk, keeping teams aligned, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You don’t need to be a digital expert from day one, but you do need to be organised, proactive, commercially aware, and keen to learn.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment and enjoys balancing structure, people, and problem‑solving to keep great work moving.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage digital projects from kickoff through to delivery
  • Own timelines, scope, budgets and resourcing
  • Set up and manage projects in Asana
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates and retrospectives
  • Act as the central link between clients and internal teams
  • Proactively identify risks, solve problems and keep delivery on track
  • Support continuous improvement across project delivery and ways of working

This role is for someone who

  • Is highly organised and calm under pressure
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with clients and teams
  • Takes ownership and follows things through
  • Thinks commercially and understands how delivery impacts margin
  • Enjoys collaboration and building momentum across teams
  • Has agency or digital project experience specifically in websites (highly regarded)
  • Nice to have
    • Experience with Google Analytics, including tracking, reporting and drawing insights
    • An understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research and on‑page optimisation

What we offer

  • A full‑time role with variety, ownership, and room to grow
  • A collaborative, people‑first agency environment
  • The opportunity to work on meaningful brands and ideas that make an impact
