We’re looking for a Digital Optimisation Manager to help our clients improve the performance of their digital experiences.

This role combines data led optimisation with hands on project coordination, client engagement, and acting as 2IC to our Digital Accounts Director. You’ll work closely with a small Adelaide based team to identify opportunities, run experiments, manage priorities, and help ensure digital work is delivered to a consistently high standard.

You’re analytical but pragmatic, confident with data, and comfortable working directly with clients. You enjoy testing, learning, improving performance, and stepping up to support leadership and delivery when needed.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage digital projects from kickoff through to delivery
  • Identify and prioritise digital optimisation opportunities
  • Build and manage optimisation and testing roadmaps
  • Coordinate and analyse experiments and results
  • Support project delivery and day‑to‑day client communication
  • Act as a senior support and escalation point across digital accounts
  • Improve conversion, engagement, and efficiency across digital touchpoints
  • A key part of the role is confidently presenting optimisation results and recommendations directly to clients.

This role is for someone who

  • Is highly organised and calm under pressure
  • Experience in digital optimisation, CRO, or performance marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfort juggling optimisation, project, client, and 2IC responsibilities
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A practical, commercially grounded mindset
