As an Brand Design Lead, you’ll play a key leadership role guiding creative work, supporting client relationships and elevating brand outcomes across integrated teams. You’ll balance hands‑on creative leadership with brand guardianship, production oversight and studio collaboration. Acting as a trusted bridge between clients, strategy and creative.

You’ll work closely with designers, strategists, producers and account teams to deliver work that is on‑brand, on‑brief and commercially sound. You’ll contribute to ideation, lead creative delivery, troubleshoot challenges as they arise and step into end‑to‑end project ownership when required.

This role suits a confident creative leader who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment, enjoys mentoring others, and knows how to balance craft, people and delivery.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and elevate creative work across design, print and content production
  • Act as brand guardian for key clients
  • Facilitate creative kick‑offs, ideation and briefing
  • Collaborate across creative, strategy and production teams
  • Manage projects from concept through to delivery
  • Support studio workflow, timelines and resourcing
  • Champion KWP+ values, culture and ways of working

This role is for someone who

  • Has strong creative leadership and design craft capability

  • Has solid project and workflow management skills
  • Brings experience in production, print and content delivery
  • Has agency experience (highly regarded)
