About the Role

As the Operations Supervisor – Karratha you will report to the Regional Manager – Pilbara, with the responsibility for overseeing the efficient and productive operation of the KTrans fleet, ensuring people and assets are effectively managed to meet customer needs. This role plays a key part in supporting and leading a team while contributing to our continued growth in the Pilbara.

Success in this position requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a proactive mindset. As a visible leader, you will drive team performance and culture, ensuring that the KTrans Five Pillars are embedded in daily operations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily Karratha fleet operations across local, regional, and specialised services.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure premium service and strong relationships.
  • Manage driver compliance, fatigue, safety, and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
  • Monitor and report on daily operations, financial inputs, and weekly performance outcomes.
  • Lead toolbox meetings, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Drive maintenance planning, service schedules, and defect management.
  • Provide visible leadership in-field, supporting drivers and aligning the team to the company culture.
  • Step in to support operational activities, including occasional driving duties, to meet demand.

Licences

  • Valid WA Driver’s Licence (MC).
  • Dangerous Goods Licence (desirable)
  • High Risk Work Licence (Desirable)
